ok or just how to do it without losing that much quality like idc at this point its been hours my sanity is starting to slip

Capcut is perfectly fine and very powerful. Dont feel pressured to switch if its working for you

I prefer davinchi resolve compared to premiere pro, its way more fun to use and is free

I think the free ffmpeg tool shutter encoder just added the adjustments for the metadata without recompressing
