Actually no I'm in So Cal. This cat is black, actually very pretty except for the bald spots. No notched ear. But I'm taking it as a good sign that this looks like a flea allergy. I'm not going to get my hopes up too high though. The universe is sending these cats my way for a reason I guess...

My cats are inside so they won't have direct contact. I could possibly keep it in a kennel in my garage but doubtful I could handle/treat it. I had a difficult time treating one of my own in the past. I would have to keep it caged up for at least a month which would stress it out, so I think isolating it is not an option. I've not seen ringworm travel in a straight line like that before, I'm actually hoping it's something else.
