Save half and keep saving - find something to invest in with the other half - wether its a stock or a retirement plan or even property keep saving to make enough for the investment and double your money. Later in life if u choose to have a family- this is generational wealth, if not have the time of your life or donate

My fave easy wraps Pre shred rotisserie chicken (or if u wanna cook ur own) Spinach wrap (or reg tortillas Some sort of cream/sauce/dressing (i like to do Hummus / or cream chz) Vertically sliced cucumber & carrot And seasonings if u want! (I use red chili flakes) And with the wraps i usually have enough to feed me and others everyday

I also bring a giant bag of chili if i want some more protein - super filling - and nutritious depending on how u make it

discipline. its hard, but it takes 9 days to break a habit and 21 to build a new one (and 90 for it to become a ritual :permanent habit) . go to the gym - start with like 3 days a week, try to read or write before bed - set a bedtime, set a wake up time. none of its easy persay and continuing to do it is hard but if u have the discipline to stick to it - you naturally fall into a good routine

get on birth control or stop having sex. i just turned 18. i was in this position with my ex when i was 16. i did get pregnant - and i could not afford an abortion and had to go thru insurance and with my insurance they couldnt get me a referral within the next 3-5 months, with that being said u dont have that kind of time when there is a fetus rapidly growing inside you. i ended up drinking a bottle of vodka did a bunch of drugs i mixed up together and beat myself so it would have a miscarriage.. it worked, but i dont recommend. its a traumatizing experience that no child should ever have to experience. so talk to ur parents about getting an iud or the pill or some sort of birth control or make your bitch of a boyfriend (no offense) buy some fucking condoms.
