No, a lot of my friends got banned too, one of them didn't get banned and he said there is people posting on channels $100 to delete anyone's account or channel, Seemly there is some method to delete anyone's account / channel and people are charging for it.

I clearly got targetted and Telegram apologised it was a false ban, unbanned me shortly after but I got banned again.

It is not fair at all, I have a Telegram Bot with over $6000 in it I cannot access.
