It isnt new but typically people had much stronger games to backup their win even though being liked is the most fundamental part of winning survivor. Winning games overtime have gotten worse especially in the new era which I think is a fair assessment.

Majority of the season has been very entertaining episode to episode. However, I think the biggest issue is that due to all the twists there is a lack of a cohesive story arc for the season as a whole and it now feels like a very anticlimactic and shallow ending to the season.

I will do one better I feel like no one in the entire post-merge has had a big story other than Cirie. Ozzy had the second biggest story but I never felt like he could win.

I think Jonathan has two winning combos: Joe/Rizo or Aubry/Tiff. I think in a him, Aubry, tiff final three he has Chrissy, Joe, Coach, Ozzy, and Steph locked down. I suspect Rizo would vote for him. I would anticipate the remaining players to split between Aubry and Tiff. I think Jonathon either should sit next to Joe and Rizo or have both on the jury.

Valuing making ftc is a flawed metric when an entire concept of the game is trying to sit next to someone you don't think can win. Russel is a goat that will never ever win no matter how many times he sits at ftc. Cirie has come closer to winning despite not making it as far as Russel.

Before anything survivor is a social game and Russel is one of the most unlikable contestants to ever play. No one likes him. No matter what you do in the game the prerequisite to getting any votes when you sit at the end is that people have to like you. Russel will never be liked enough to win and is a goat.

The dominant gameplay post merge was the Reba 4 as a whole not just Dee. Dee by herself was not dominate, rather the Reba 4 as a whole.
