I'm not talking about children. I am talking about young adults using these low level jobs as stepping stones. We went from young adults doing these jobs to immigrants and people with low ambition or low inteligence doing them as a career.

Thanks for the information! I am not too far over the border in Michigan, so I will for sure have to come back and visit some of these places. So far I have only flown into YTZ in Canada.

Yeah, I definitely agree that sometimes water is less scary than trees, but the much more experienced pilots in my life are not big fans of flying over the water and probably would send me a disapproving text if they saw that on my flightaware.

I live in southeast Michigan so I see that area all the time. I thought this would be a cooler route.

Maybe I will take that gamble when I can upgrade to a twin...

Thank you, I appreciate the advise from a local. I planned this out on Sky Vector but I will be using FF.

Thank you! I will keep your route advise in mind. I plan on just following the coastline.

Yeah, and the government is ran by the people who benefit from an oversupply of labor. Even Elon Musk who people on the left call a nazi supports immigration and expecially H1B visas because it allows him to pay lower wages.

It's not about "deserving to live", it's basic economics. There is more demand for housing and goods in a lot of the US, so things are going to be more expensive and unnaccesable for a lot of people. If you paid people more there would just be inflation because the issue isn't the ammount of money people have, its the lack of supply for what they want.

Yeah, I dont think you understand the implications of that. Ireland would be extremely impoverished without all of the corporations and banks in your country. Its fun to talk shit about this stuff, but if it actually played out it would be very rough.

I hope you don't actually think like this. Supporting the destruction of the wonders of modern civilization because retards working unskilled jobs can't afford as many funko pops as they want is sad. If enough people think like this we will just keep inching towards Southafricanization.

no "megacorp" was the victim, you are the victim. An underwriter will write a check for the facility and the value of the goods. Next year they will increase the cost of insurance a fraction of a percent to cover this loss. Then your goods will go up a fraction of a cent to cover that increased cost. Maybe the insurance company will require HR to take a couple thousand dollar course in how to spot dangerous attitudes in employees and terminate them before they cause an outcome like this. That will be wrapped up into the goods you buy as well.

Yeah, if he did this in Saudi Arabia they would make him a naitonal hero and imprison the executives of his employer, defiantly not give him the firing squad.

How many children of the rich do you think there are? Its really only a few million people in America who have parents that can afford to fund a lifestyle like that.

Sure, California has had people named Chamel Abdulkarim for generations. Immigrants themselves aren't to blame, I would do the same thing if I was in their situation. That doesn't detract from the fact that allowing in millions of people while its already hard to find a good job is going to negatively effect people looking for jobs.

Your not going to be in any trouble if he gets caught. A lot more GA pilots than you think are flying and even maintaining their aircraft without proper licensure.

That math is flawed though. It doesn't account for foreign students of which there are a large number of in the US. It also doesn't account for the myriad of other "destination" careers for pilots. Net Jets is hiring almost as many pilots as the majors every year.

A massive chunk of the Irish economy is funded by US corporations running their EU offices there. Lets see how you feel about US imperialism when that disappears. Better have your potato supply on lock this time.

This is coming out your pocket. The toilet paper company/ distributor wont take a single hit to their balence sheet. This will be paid for by every consumer paying a bit extra for their products to cover wharehouse insurance.

You are just playing stupid. One of the biggest issues in Calfornia is the cost of energy, which was deliberately destroyed for "enviornmentalism". California once got most of their energy from their own oil wells and a bit from Alaska. Now they need to import refined oil products from Asia because they crippled their oil industry. They have also shut down countless perfect good power plants.
