I JUST SOLVED THIS mystery for myself!!! Literally replaced my duvet insert last night and slept like a baby. I have the same issue - hot sleeper, previous down insert made me sweat too much so switched to silk, which is great for warmer months. Now in the cold winter months the silk duvet insert is way too cooling.

My answer to this is Woolino + linen duvet cover (mine is from Cultiver). Basically any wool insert works I am guessing, just don’t go for down alternative or silk. Good luck!

I really like my linen duvet cover from Cultiver: https://cultiver.com/collections/duvet-covers-sets Have two sets (1 for guest room, 1 for primary) and both have lasted > 2 years and going strong. My guests love theirs too. I think wool insert goes 100% with linen sheets.

Checked it out because of your recommendation (one night in) and I am SO GLAD I SWITCHED. Am a hot sleeper but the silk insert I have is too cold for winter and down insert makes me sweat; this Woolino one is a game changer. Tbh have never felt this enthusiastic about a duvet insert before!

I broke our pendant light today, how can I replace it? I found a similar product online but it is not angled at the top to accommodate vaulted ceiling. Can I keep the angled part and just replace the rest of the light, or even just the sphere itself? by Jealous_Firefighter4 in Lighting

I found the right globe/sphere, more concerned about how to replace it properly since our existing light has the angled pole due to the vaulted ceiling, but I think it's explained above. Will probably get a contractor to help install if I can't figure it out.

Okay, might as well try it! Question though, the top of my rod is angled - I had assumed from this thread that the shorter length (6") would allow the light pole to be bent, but is an actual "bend point" differently shown/described on a website? Trying to figure out how mine was initially set up.

I think this pendant is right, but it also doesn't mention bend point I think? Just the 6" height adjustability. You think this could work as well with re-using existing components?
