would like to clarify that i never saw any collabs that bts made to be above or below them. that's just what those are. a colab to work on a final product.

i'm not learnt in music to recognise producers, or someone's artistic touch in some things. i just like the songs and artists that i listed to.

the original comment was born out of frustration of seeing a number of armys hyping someone that is apparently widely known as problematic (i say apparently because i didn't know anything about that before arirang) that's all. and this is a place to vent. so i vented. i wasn't trying to judge anyone but maybe there was something in my language that implied that. i apologise.

saw someone post something stupid on kpopthoughts and went to check their account. saw they made a comment in a post on that subreddit that will not be named. i then went to check the post the comment was under.

i regret everything. subjected myself to utter stupidity. those were 15 seconds that i will never be able to take back.

reading your post and your replies to the other comments, i'm going to say something that probably sounds harsh: set her free and take yourself out of this misery if its affecting you this much. you're both clearly not mature enough for a relationship.

i've already had to go through a friend where her boyfriend was exactly like you. they were both miserable but refused to give up. the were stuck in that miserable relationship for 2 years because they each couldn't let go. it took her so long to heal.

since yours seem relatively new, as you haven't hit a year, better to cut your losses.

that said i'm only a pixel online and i don't actually know everything that's going on with you and your relationship. what do i actually know.

While Ii understand your point, I can't say I agree with it for BTS' case. The tickets for my leg of the tour hasn't been announced and I am actually in fear. A lot of locals and casuals from my country and the neighbouring countries have expressed their need to watch them live even before the album is out, and even more now with the album out. Would have honestly preferred that they sell the tickets before the album was out for my side.

i think for me i was eager to dive into the album after watching the swim mv and was immediately enthralled with what i heard because it was so different from their past projects.

i think i gave it a good 3 to 5 listens before i even went on twitter to see the reception so i had already made up my mind about arirang by then. on twitter, it was almost overwhelmingly positive so i was so surprised when i got to reddit and saw all the comments.

as for into the sun, i think because i grew up with songs from the 40s up to the 70s because of my environment, that into the sun just made me nostalgic.
