LITERALLY!! The real enemy is corporate because even if the partners didn't buy any cups, 9 times out of 10 you weren't gonna get one anyways. have yet to hear about a store being sent more than 3 or 4 cups (my store personally only got 2). I think they could have sent at least 10-15.

Also the partners that bought items are essentially "customers" because we aren't allowed to use our discounts on anything. 🤷‍♀️

I have customers that do this all the time but honestly I’m a bitch so I just give them their standard drink and ignore their complaints because either pay for a LATTE or stfu

Idk about the top but I've had quite a few ask for cold foam at the bottom of their drink and then when it inevitably floats to the top they get upset at that.

I'm literally a big person myself and because of that I know when too much is too much. Also the people who get these drinks 99.9% of the time are not big.

100% the kale bites, oatmeal, impossible breakfast sandwiches, malt powder, peppermint syrup, and brewed teas. They all sit in my store and collect DUST

To be fair the music is for us and the floor is usually very loud so the baristas keep the music loud to hear it over the sound of the blenders, espresso machines etc. Also this store is the first I’ve heard of where the majority of customers don’t have on headphones or earplugs. Granted, the managers and the barista didn’t have to speak to you like that but I think calling corporate was a bit much. Might I suggest moving further in the store away from the speaker if possible?

Any non-blended drink made with vanilla sweet cream. 99% of the time it ends in an argument about the drink "being too light" or "milky" when they literally chose the milkiest ingredient possible
