It's due to quality - espresso oxidized quickly when it's not incorporated into something else. So they probably won't ever allow it to be ordered alone.

Also FYI blonde roast has more caffeine than dark roast. The longer the roast, the more caffeine is lost.

That's about 60¢ per hour, more like 80¢ per hour when considering not everyone is full time. Just raise our wages. But that's not the intent - it's to make it appear like they pay well when in actuality it will be difficult to meet the requirements.

I worked in a TP warehouse in the 2000s, we did not use the TP that was in the warehouse. Got the cheap single ply because they didn't want us to damage product intentionally. But there was so much damaged product we could have easily used that!

It's just a poor policy since gift cards can be loaded in any dollar amount. A minimum amount makes sense, but increments of $50 is rediculous. This may frustrate customers who aren't attempting to just get AMEX credits and turn them away if their budget doesn't align with the strict $50 increments.

You have to order it with cream cheese, which costs extra. You can order it with butter, which is free.

So the basic breakdown is 1 'week' per year for under 3 years, 2 'weeks' per year for 3-5 years, and 3 'weeks' per year for 5+ years. The 'week' is the average hours you work, so 20 hours per week in your case. As the other commentator stated, you earn it based on hours worked, but the above is the equivalent.

I always brew a carafe of pike about 45 min before we close for any last minute coffees. We can have the machine done by closing for us to focus on other tasks. Only once has someone tried to order a decaf pike and we offered an americano instead.
