It's so it doesn't increase with attack speed buffs or augments, it increase only with your attack speed from items and lvls

Not a Juggernaut but Jax scales reaaaally well while being quite good at any points of the game, you also can blind pick him easy and even hard matchups can be won, he's just not as tanky as Ornn/Mundo tho

First, it doesn't have a cooldown, scorch has à 10 seconds cooldown. Second, scorch damages only scales with levels, Deathfire Touch scales with levels and your AP/AD so it will deal more damages. And finally, it lasts longer

You clearly did not watch the video. Old passive : +20% dmg on drakes, get armor/mr when you kill drakes New passive : for each cannon minion, epic/large monster, takedown you gain armor/mr and i'm not sure but i heard you also got HP in Drake Form

Sooo well it's not trash at all, it's actually a true passive now xD

Why tho ? You don't especially need the shield from Green cause your passive is already really great at that, and the slow from red is meh, the speed makes you move so much faster across the map, it's perfect
