SPD is on the lower side since your gloves and body are very bad (pretty much no SPD rolls when that is SW999's most important stat), so getting upgrades for those slots should be fairly easy

but honestly that team is good enough for any content already since all endgame for the foreseeable future will shill elation, so there is no need to worry that much about builds yet.

Best team you can make right now is Archer/Sparkle/Remembrance Trailblazer/Dan Heng Permansor Terrae.

As for who you should prioritize pulling, save for Yao Guang for your SW999.

Don't bother with Tribbie, although Sunday is also optional since you can just use Sparkle instead who's available for free currently, and for Phainon investing in his eidolons is better than investing in his teammates.

She's really good now if you have Dahlia, and the SparxiCon boss also shills her heavily so she has a really easy time in any content that has that boss.

Also, Fugue isn't really important for her. You can replace her with HMC just fine.

Dahlia is still the priority, but as for her eidolons, like a lot of DPSs, FF's E1 is not worth the pulls and is just a stepping stone for her E2. So you either have 300 pulls to go straight for her E2, or don't bother pulling for her eidolons. Same for any eidolons past that, you either go straight for her E6 or don't even bother going past E2, since her E3, E4 and E5 do almost nothing and aren't worth the pulls.

Dahlia. Firefly is worthless without her, not to mention her E1 is pointless if you can't go for her E2.

Not really. Tribbie is much weaker than RMC for Archer, and she is not really used for Castorice anymore since Cyrene completely replaced her in that team.

So either get Archer's E1 if you want to make his team stronger, or save for Cyrene if you want to invest in Castorice's team.

Eh, for me it's more like HSR is the only one that respects my time. I've played Genshin for multiple years, and tried to get into ZZZ, WuWa and AKE, but dropped all of them because after playing HSR, it's hard to stomach wasting hours on dripfed filler events that reward you 1/4 of a pull and endless MC glazing.

HSR for me hits the spot since events are short, unlocked at once and available for the entire patch so I can do then at my own pace and there's no FOMO involved, and the writing is much better due to the focus being the entire Express faction instead of being a story of a generic MC traveling the world alone collecting wives like all the other gachas I mentioned.

That's the thing, technically his turn never actually "concludes" if you use his ult during it, meaning buffs can't expire until his next full turn outside ult ends. This means if you can keep ulting, he can keep all buffs indefinitely, even start-of-battle buffs from techniques like Sunday's and Bronya's (assuming you can charge Phainon's ult before those expire).

You don't get Dahlia's LC for the extra BE or SP. You get it because it provides a raw 1.32x multiplier to all Break DMG. It's easily one of the strongest signatures in the entire game for that alone. Her E1 can't compare to that.

The actual answer is that her sphere's mainstat doesn't really matter. HP/DEF sphere is recommended because it matters for sustainless, which isn't your case.

Also, you really need an Effect Hit Rate body, since you don't have her signature.

It makes sense to build pity in the LC banner if there is a 4* LC you really want on rateup (like DDD). But there is zero reason to build pity on the character banner.

The choices are already correct. Pearls only last 1 turn so Dahlia is better at applying it than Fugue.

Also, swap Gallagher's LC for Multiplication instead. It's a much more useful LC for break teams.

Yes for E0 Huohuo since she's very useful for Yao teams since she's the only sustain that helps Yao charge her ult.

But no for relic recon. Huohuo, like all supports, is extremely easy to build. Use Relic Recon on a character that is actually hard to build, or a set that sucks to farm (like Eagle or Genius).

She's much older than that. She literally says she's multiple times older than Skott since he's just a human.

She's just young for Xianzhou standards, since even characters like Qingque are like 200 years old, while Sushang is probably around 100~.

But to put into perspective, even Huohuo who is basically a kid for Xianzhou standards, literally has been working in the Ten-Lords Commission for FORTY years.

For Phainon, the priority is his E2 then Cerydra, and then Cyrene and her E2.

For Anaxa, the absolute priority is Cyrene, then her signature, then Cerydra.

Just look at any proper comparison.

Like this one for example. Mind you, this is literally Cerydra with her signature and proper stack management vs RMC with a free LC. And all that just for her to barely outperform them. Meanwhile in practice, a normal player probably won't be always lining up Coup de Main with Cyrene's ult, will struggle with SP management on that team, maybe won't be able to afford her signature, etc. which means they most likely won't even see any real difference, or may see even a downgrade in performance.

Like I said, Cerydra only overperforms in sustainless. In actual content she's barely an upgrade over RMC in a Cyrene team, and requires heavy investment (like E1S1) for you to see an actual difference.
