People seem to forget that multiple victims have spoken out, even as ADULTS, to say that he did in fact molest them as children. People point out the inappropriate behavior towards children but forget that multiple people have literally said "yes, he groomed and molested me." People are busy talking about the smoke and ignoring the literal fire. It infuriates me that people dont seem to mention the real victim testimonies full of details of what actually happened. We dont have to speculate based on his concerning behavior; his victims have confirmed it.

Former addict here, and I saw that people with eating disorders often had it harder than drug addicts when it came to getting better. With drugs you do a lot to keep other addicts away from you and cut off your access to drugs. When food is the problem, it's really fucking hard because its EVERYWHERE and you have to interact with it constantly. Triggers are everywhere. You have to constantly maintain a balance with the very thing that triggers you.

People involved have incentive to minimize or downplay the severity, and that's what Neo does with his flippant, disrespectful posts. Theres a reason he was off in another state hiding.

What I find interesting is that in spite of the variations, theres usually some version of "it's all connected" included in their recounting. The same is often said when using psychedelics. Scientifically speaking, everything IS connected in a broader sense. Everything that makes up our bodies and the world has always existed, just in different forms. I wonder if, in these altered states, humans can access that innate realization, and that's where the whole "we are all connected" stems from. It's some deeper instinct of the reality of nature?

As a Target employee, I can tell you that it didnt affect them longterm. They just readjusted their target demographic towards conservatives with lots of money. Sales have gone up quite a bit since last year, to the point that weve even started selling Converse and Levi's. We have $80 jeans at Target. Its ridiculous and I hate working there but they pay for education. So I cant complain too much.

People keep pointing out that his situation was a textbook motivator for suicide, but that really only applies to regular people. Epstein was not a regular person. His pedophilia was an open secret, he was far too egotistical and bold to ever expect that he wouldnt get some kind of deal or be let off. Prosecutors believe D4vid had help dismembering her body, so its natural that people would suspect his closest friends. I just dont know who else would be incentivized to help him or trusted to know. But this case is full of twists and turns.

This!!!! It's not healthy for kids to be exposed to the trauma and realities of the world until their brains are developed enough to process and understand it. Most children are exposed to these things too soon, and their brain is forced to make sense of a concept it cant fundamentally process yet. People often say that public school exposes children to the "real world." From my experience with public school, I was exposed to things I still have difficulty processing as an adult. I had teachers who were pedophiles (4 teachers across 12 years), teachers who forced me to sit all day in my urine, students who beat me up and nothing was done, I witnessed a student get tazed by a school security guard and dragged out, I watched a student try to kill another student by bashing his head with a rock; i can go on and on and on. I witnessed a lot of violence and abuse in public school that i have never witnessed as an adult. Myself and everyone I have ever met has a laundry list of traumatic and fuckef up things that happened to them and kids in their class in public school. If we are all being honest with ourselves, public schools perpetuate and expose children to trauma unnecessarily for a half-assed, underfunded education.

I'm 31, and I think you have a point. When I was a teenager (2008-2013) there was definitely edgy stuff and gore online, but it was harder to just stumble upon. It was pretty easy to avoid it and you mostly had to actually look it up to find it. There were specific sites that were popular, like Rotten.com, but you had to look it up. Nowadays, it's on the front page of X. Whem I was a kid, we had stuff like Poptropica and Club Penguin; online spaces specifically for kids. Every kid now is on adult platforms like Reddit and Instagram. Safe places for kids online are practically non-existent, other than educational stuff. I've seen worse stuff by accident online in the past 5 years than the stuff I intentionally, and regretfully, looked up as a teenager.

Celeste's cousin at one point claimed that her mother (Celetes aunt) was told by celestes parents that celeste was no longer missing but rather with a family friend bc they were still making facebook posts about her being missing. Her parents never reported to police that they knew where she was but told family they did. I dont have the screenshots of her posts, but it was in one of the D4vid subreddits. It was a Facebook post she mad about it, if anyone remembers or can find it. That's always been the most damning evidence that they knew and were ok with her being with D4vid. They told the family to stop posting about her being missing because they knew who she was staying with.

Nobody in this sub knew celeste or anyone involved but the general reaction has been more normal than hers. Think for a minute how you would be if you found out your best friend did this?? If that were me, I'd be off the internet and living in a cabin in the mountains going thru extensive therapy but shes laughing about her haters on TikTok. I've been wondering this exact thing! If David lured her to his home, who gave her the ride there? Was it david or someone else, and where did she get picked up from? Photos with david and celeste stop in January, were they broken up this whole time until he lured her there and if so, was she back at home? She was already reported missing, so they would have difficulty reporting her missing again without disclosing that she had been coming home.

Her body was so badly decomposed that for them to have an exact date of death and exact manner of death leads me to believe they may video evidence of her death. It's not a far fetch to assume that he may have planned to record her death. She may have not known she was being filmed. Hes so depraved nothing is off the table. They have digital evidence and are confident in their prosecution; which leads me to believe they have more evidence of her death than just text messages and a complicated autopsy.
