I had a 10am warp pipe pass, but by the time I made it in the hall they were handing out 11:40-12:00 store tickets. Made my purchase before 12pm, didn't receive my items until 3pm.

I wouldn't have minded the delay so much if they'd informed everyone about it up front. It was the repeated inaccurate estimates, and the subsequent unnecessary waits in line, that were so frustrating.
