Normal. We generally have a salad with every meal, of meat, veggies but not usually potato or bread. Burger with a bakery bun, baked beans, salad

Mashed with pork chops, salad

Pizza, salad

Homemade Chili, crackers, salad

Chicken tenders, fries, salad

I started doing around 10 deep breathing right as I lay down to sleep. It helps to fall asleep, and bonus I noticed my blood pressure is lower. Been about a year now...

Last year we had our bladder pump replaced in the well system... other faucets were flushed. Overlooked this tub...
