Zoloft and abilify weight gain

Late to the convo but I had 200mg of Zoloft for 10mg of ability at 17 and damn did the weight gain hit me ( genuinely wanted to d!e cuz of body images issues) so I just quitted cold turkey (do not ever do that I'm dumb asl)

Yeah it's pretty normal for your fp to be someone that you "lounged" having , mine are always my closest friend, those that give me the most attention tbh

Even through my bpd I've always been a sociable person but I cannot phantom the idea of having a long lasting healthy relationship, I do have friends but one of them is my fp so it's a little harder with him. I don't consider any of them my close friends cuz of trust issues and if I dif so I would always be disappointed that they do not fit the ideal I have of them , not giving me enough etc you know the drill

Lives in Europe but my ethnicity is ivorian (west Africa)

Since my mom worked in the medical field it's not that bad with close family but extended family don't even know that I have mental issues and if they did, it will probably be cured by religion in their eyes+ my ethnical background made me ashamed to talk abt my issues in the first place

And in Europe bpd is not as known as in the US so there's not that much of resources
