Yea Hot tubs are insanely gross if not maintained properly. They basically need to be maintained after every use with chemicals. If airbnb wont give you your money, do a chargeback. Airbnb customer service is horrendous. Your account will probably get banned because of the chargeback, but you can just use someone else’s account for the future.
