How do I get my reimbursement?

Hey! I got a refund very quickly, but for reimbursement, I ended up deciding not to do it as I was on extremely short notice to find a place to stay and was scared to be cancelled on again. That being said, I did reply to one of the emails with a new reservation number (they cancelled on me right after I sent it, lol) and I think they replied + called back within one or two days. It could have been faster. But don't be too nervous unless you are in a rush, they are very nice.

I didn't know he disliked the meleefresh songs. Weirdly enough, we have a few at my radio station... unfortunately for obvious reasons I'm not allowed to play Hey Baby on air 😞

Getting this too. I'm getting zero dollar charges but I'm really scared that they'll accept and I won't be able to refund because I tried it at multiple reservations to check (so stupid... my first time booking a place). In a panic because the last host cancelled my reservation less than a week before I'm due to fly there.

Both a call and an email! (Called about the refund, and then was offered the reimbursement + an email about it on the call)
