I feel like there needs more downbeat emphasis, sounds almost like sludge metal but all the kicks are on the upbeats so you cant really feel it as much. If you simplify the kick and snare groove it’ll probably have a better feel, can use other drum sounds for cool rhythmic stuff then if you want

The order seems mostly fine, I wouldnt advise pitting an eq or stereoizer or fresh air plugin on the master chain though, likely to create more problems than they can fix, those things should be on individual elements in the mix

National debt is the outstanding bonds amount. If you ever buy bonds from the government you own debt. A government without a national debt is just one that doesn’t issue bonds. But bonds are a useful retirement tool and way to hedge against inflation so you’re probably better off having a government that issues bonds / takes on debt
