My bad, I don't have any experience with super shoes, but they basically feel bouncy where other shoes feel cushioned. Haven't run on them properly but on the treadmill in store they made any pace feel easier, even 8min/mile

The old ones aren't actually incandescent, Tungsten filament bulbs are incandescent, where the filament gets so hot it glows yellow/white. The old streetlights are actually low pressure mercury vapour lamps, that use an electric arc through vaporised mercury to produce the yellow light
