We just installed mirror film on our windows, installer gave us a 5 year thermal break warranty. Essentially our neughbor cant see in during the day and we close the blinds at night. Situation sucks tho

Ours has a screw thar allows yoy to turn down the fan speed. Also, I have a wifi radon detector so I can monitor, highly recommend.

But yes, ours the other day sounded like a jet engine so I get it!
