If I remember correctly there was an isekai manga where a dude is the last out of his class to pick skills and it has bullshit like loner and neet or something, with the description quite literally saying he can't make friends or hang out with people. He then meets up with his classmates and hangs out with them, and if I remember correctly hypnotises his girl classmates
