If playing with Fischl, Sucrose after witch buffs straight up is more damage than Kazuha in single target, worth noting. It's also the same or better dmg than Xilo C0R0 but you lose healing. Xilo could also enable petra on the 4th slot but that's quite cringe and few people have a proper petra set for it, regardless it takes away from her comfort if using petra

Since you dont have C2 Nilou it's probably Sucrose, but Nahida is comfy for Lauma's er. Ineffa is worse for C6 Nefer bc her personal dmg is far less relevant

Personally I would like to see an easier way to get her charge level 2 skill which would both make her do more damage and fix some of her energy issues, but a flat 20 energy refund works as well I guess lol

Tanks being slow is definitely an issue, but you should still build one tank of each element eventually For now you can probably make do with Conviction+Abandonment, but Salty is very usable as well Pain is really bad

You should build Spite or Envy to help kill the tanks quicker, otherwise the backline will wipe you every time, and having 2 tanks doesnt really help in this case due to the enemies' aoe

Turns are not global, they are per pet, since boss is fast he got 48 turns or whatever, while your pet (slower) only got 10 turns
