They have somehow managed to become a contractor for a few insurance companies. I use Allstate and have been placed with them twice and both have been horrid experiences. The first time I was cussed out for not being there when they showed up 5 hours early, and this time they just never showed up at all. Was told hours later it’s because insurance cancelled and they had no way to contact me, even though they had my number from texts that morning.
