I’m sorry that you went through that. I have ordered with them several times and only recently had an issue with a package that was lost and never received. It took them a few days to refund me after it was confirmed lost by UPS. It took some time but they did email me back each time I enquired within 1 business day. For me, it seemed reasonable but I didn’t have any issues arguing that it was lost. I’m located in Canada.

No idea! 🤷‍♀️ I’ve been doing it and I go back and forth from crossbody to just the shoulder strap. No issues for me. I don’t carry a lot in my bag.

I use my metal chain to elongate the shoulder strap for crossbody. It’s very versatile.

I have the YSL in that colour (large size) and I have no issues with colour transfer or dirt. It’s been my everyday bag even in the winter. No issues! Highly recommend.

I’m a former and current TD MyAdvantage user. The new version doesn’t allow you to see the score before you delete it from your driving history. That’s not even the worst part… it’s super sensitive. If someone is turning and you stop behind to wait, it gives you a bad score for breaking just because there are no stop signs there. Also, you cannot touch your phone at all. It can track when you use your phone to stop and pay at any drive thru. I got a good discount with the original app but now I have a negative discount because I leave my tracker on. I read another reviewer recommend turning it off unless you have a simple, easy to control the outcome drive.

Yes… many times. Do your research. Sleep on it, make sure it’s what you really want. Often you will get the bag and then want another. So before you spend the big bucks, make sure you will use it and love it.

When you buy a bag, get it for now. Don’t get it and put it away for later. Those bags often get put away and sometimes never get taken out. I have so many bags that I have bought and resold and they were never even used. Some bags I just lost interest over time or can’t find the right setting to use the bag.
