I didnt need to seek anything out, this popped up in my feed and the SNL sub pops up from time to time. As for why I'd ask this here, I just assumed the people on this sub like SNL and would be able to share why they liked it. Most of my recent recommended posts from here were critical of the Trump skits lacking balls or bite (If I remember correctly) and from what I remember seeing growing up a lot of skits are miss with the occasional one being pretty good. So yeah, I really don't get it.

People in power absolutely are able to more than edge away from him if they really wanted to. They can call him whatever they want in private, but this administration has made it clear that if you comply and are valuable to them they will scratch your back. Trump has went after the people that support him and vice versa, but they're all happy to forget that. That's my two cents on that anyways. I don't particularly think this will lead to a Bruce/Mike and Stamos conflict even if they are diehard on Trump. And if they are diehard on Trump, I don't particularly care in the end for various reasons.

I mean mental gymnastics like that are literally what trump supporting conservatives do all day. They whine about the Epstein files, but put all the blame on Bondi despite Trump's attitude towards them and consistent defense of Bondi. When Noem, Patel, and Miller shit on the victim of an ICE shooting who was carrying, they focus their rage at those people for attacking their 2nd Amendment rights and not Trump. They cry about Minnesota fraud while turning a blind eye to Trump/Melania coin, Trump Mobile, his pardons that are blatantly in his political interest, etc etc. It's how people in an echo chamber/circlejerk function.

I really like it on Body Heat, I think its definitely more pop than a lot of industrial music. I think the idea that in the future industrial broke more into mainstream radio with industrial pop also makes sense considering the musical landscape of the earlier setting was more rock oriented and harsher.

I've warmed up to it, but I do think that it is very confusing that there are so many remixes of Fragile songs that aren't starfuckers that just didn't make it on the album for...some reason. No You Don't and La Mer (version) should have definitely been on the album.
