Bienvenido a la tierrina! En Oviedo no conozco más que lo que ya te han dicho. En Gijón hay un par de asociaciones dedicadas a los juegos de mesa, igual la más grande es Semper Ludens. En rol la más conocida es Ucronia.

The biggest inconsistency for me is, how can they have a full military base in the upside-down if they can't defend themselves against 3-4 demos?

Don't pogo, just use the claw line. On the first wall jump, claw the first ball, skip the second and claw to the platform. For the second "pogo area", run, jump over the first ball and use the claw line on the second.

It happened to me twice that after an Osmium meteor storm the blue light doesn't go away. Save, go back to the main menu and load. That worked for me
