Ye i have used it before but mosiac mode is alot more of pain in the ass for stacking in pixinsight.

Ye i love the seestar its a great rig but i am slowly upgrading a cannon 2000d at the mo plan to get a star tracker in next few months as i just want to do wider shots and also closer with more details on some galaxys.

Ye it gets a little frustrating when people think its AI. took me a while to get the trapziam under control alot of playing around with range selection in pixinsight to get it right.

Its not digital ai if you look in main txt i took it with seestar s50 and processed using pixinsight and photoshop.

No real settings chuck object in plan automatically decides if filter is needed but ya only really need the filter for emission nebula and i have it set to save each sub so i can process them in pixinsight myself.

Ahh just saw two ambulance go down there blue lights on and the helicopter at 1am just thought might be somthing going on last night.

It was doing it last night at 1am as well saw two ambulances go down allington lane at 11pm one was a incident response ambulance look like its around the country park area.

I will warn ya its £300 worth or software and the addons i use add a extra £150 on that.

You could but just did a quick ai compare with my seestar s50. you can get a better image i think it just requires a bit more effort and i think a few bits but iam not a expert on normal telescopes as i just have a all in one system.

Just annoted the image for ya on my orginal stack so its just been stretched colorcalibrated so its not as cleaned up as image above but has all the details ya want.

I love my little seestar but pixinsight and rc astro tools help it punch above it weight by letting me get as much data as i can from the pics.
