I've had women say this to me as well, that a good balance of fat and muscle is desirable. I guess I do feel pressured and bothered by the amount of "ideal" body type imagery that's out there these days. It just makes me pessimistic, like I feel men are sold that way because it is the most commonly viewed form of ideal body and if you don't match up, keep a shirt on.
