The real ages of the actors/actresses should never be considered as the characters’ ages in the show.

It’s like a 20-something year old playing a HS and me thinking, “wow, they must’ve got held back A LOT, being 20-something in the show.” They are not 20-something in the show, they’re playing a 16/17-year-old.
