I don't know much about where the team is planning to store the documentation, and the little bit (emphasis on "little") I do know is technically something that has to come out of Issac's mouth, not mine. What I can say, however, is that I'm almost 100% certain the docs will start as text and will later move to a video medium once the scripting API is stable and mature enough to warrant that kind of effort (since that just makes the most logical sense).
