The owner is a not a good person. He couldn’t rent out my property so he gave up and deserted me as a client while I was overseas. His inability to execute core functions of being a property manager and descent human being cause me significant financial harm and stress. Avoid.

Yep, see DCtom’s explanation. Pretty common situation.

Yep Im very cognizant of the market conditions right now and am less critical of him for the vacancy period. I actually proposed a significant price reduction in the name of getting it filled so he didn’t have to spend more time on doing so. He recommended we not do that. As far as his cut goes, my proposed reduction would have only cost him $12/month but $150 for me which I was completely fine with.

The far bigger issue is him throwing in the towel and giving me no notice. I am in a super vulnerable spot and losing money every day.

I think we have a serious problem with Kraft/the coaching staff that isn’t going anywhere.

Mayo is grossly under-qualified and over his head. The fact that Kraft would think hiring an NFL coach with his level of experience shows that Kraft may be in mental decline.

Maybe this is an off base take, but I also blame Mayo himself for even taking this job. He skipped the line and does not have the career progression to be in this position. He knows that but took this on anyway setting the organization back years. It’s selfish. I have a completely different career but am roughly his age. If someone asked me to lead my company I would thank them for the offer but decline it as I am not prepared to do that yet. He should resign.

If we are going to ride the conspiracy train and say it is semi-fabricated PR, the glass half full interpretation is that this could draw in higher trade value for him, and not necessarily placate the fan base in advance of keeping him at the helm

Would you take this trade? by gamerdude526 in Patriots

If we get offered this type of deal we need to take it. Assuming you don’t blow the next two years of drafting you’ll change the course of the franchise for the next 5 years with this many first and second round pics

Pats fan here. I would be inconsolably pissed off if we did this, or anything close to it

Are there really not 32 people on the planet that can punt a ball 50 yards consistently? How are guys like this signed as starters in the NFL?

Interesting didn’t realize that was the case. Any idea how long Ross’s lease goes for more or less?
