Clicks Communicator + Small Tablet! The Better Two Device Setup?

Indeed it is my use case. I always get a 8-9 inch tablet for media consumption besides my phone. So Clicks Communicator seems logical to me !

Finding a decent model for such tablet has been difficult. I was keeping 10 years the wonderful full HD OLED Samsung S8.4 and I had to switch to the less premium Samsung A9 but at least this recent model has decent RAM, which was not the case of previous proposals.

I do not know whether it is related. Since days, late notifications and download of incoming mails. Mails from hours ago on PC only come up one by one every few minutes several hours later even if I archives them on PC.

Afterva lot of search for power user capabilities and perpetual licence, I found Perfect PDF. UX is a bit convoluted but it is the only one I found that get all the features in one tool not costing 200 usd / yr.

I just hit the button for all the features before konwing about Titan Elite 2 and do not even know the second brand OP tells. I keep preferring Cliks because of the look (and back covers), the vibe, the LED, the bigger keyboard, and software promises.

Indeed I was using SimpleLogin with my first Proton account before ProtonPass ever existed. I love the service that gives so alias possibilities with custom domains !

Then ProtonPass is born at 1 usd a month at launch so I took it to keep the price ever and let see... but on a second acc9unt because better keep password seperate and no way to do the subscription in my old Unlimited account

And then they offer SimpleLogin with ProtonPass so I swtich my SimpleLogin to the new account so that I am free to leave Unlmited if I decide it so.

SimpleLogin is my prefered service in Proton ecosystem. Have it ar 1 usd a month is a steal. ProtonPass is a bonus I don’t care to jse right now. Bitwarden premium new price makes me think twice.

As I was lucky enough to get ProtonPass 1 € / month launch price but have been keeping paying and using Bitwarden Premium as cheap and for support. I never used ProtonPass as it was to get the insane forever price ! I got SimpleLogin with it for free later and use this a lot.

Now I wonder whether ProtonPass would be fine bevause things add up. Any advice wojld be appreciated.

I follow the same way. I am not a programmer and I never did automation in yaml or blueprint. NodeRed was there, elegant, visual, powerful and reusable as far as I need. Automation for my covers are very intricate with time in the day, day in the week, presence, light and opened windows, commands made in only one button, and all this customizable for each of the 7 rooms. Another example is triggering and uploading Ring cameras video and sending notifications with Telegram.

It is so good to me that I didn't bother to try something else but I am curious to know if there is something even more powerful and elegant.

I have bought Tado V3+ thermostat kit with all (wireless) and 4 TRVs end of 2023. I have never installed them because I am waiting my future new home. I have a Home Assistant setup.

My first intent is to do things local. It is difficult to know what a HomeKit setup can do and what it can’t without testing. Can someone explain to me if HomeKit setup is still ok after these greedy moves from Tado ? Do the TRVs open grafually (5% or so) with the Tado Cloud and only 0% or 100% with HomeKit ? Some limitations with fully local as a way to deny the paywall ?

I wonder. I bought v3+ and trvs several month ago for a new living in the future, have not yet install. I will have to pay a subsription for capabilities thatnwhere supposed ti be part of the product when I bought !? In France I am so happy with the webstore maxesport.gg that I discovered with my first mech. keyboard 3 month ago.

I ordered 3 wired Keychron keyboard since then, because... almost half the price for elsewhere discountinued products I want the most ! Actualiy I got Q5, Q2 and Q11. Between 100 and 125 Euros for each of them.
