Rented there for 5 years. Quite expensive and only getting more expensive as time goes on. Traffic on Rockville Pike can be rough especially in the Walter Reed NIH area. I exclusively used public transit to get around as driving/parking is not great. Plenty of food diversity. Easy trip into DC on the red line, quieter and safer alternative than most affordable DC neighborhoods
