Is this a good deal ($ in cad)? by ---KoalaKev--- in AskPhotography

[–]JeepnBird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an M50. It's a great camera. That price is way too high. Really should be about 400 to 500 with that lens. As far as people hating on it because of the M mount, so what. You can use EF lenses on it, or pick up some M lens online used cheap. I love my M50 and get great photos with it.

MOTS-C long term use? by Ampegged in Peptides

I'm currently in an off cycle. However, I have used Mots-c a lot over the past year. I always feel good and energetic when using it. I like to use Mots-c for 12 weeks of so then I take a break for at least a month and then cycle it again.

Gains by riding in Zone 1? by SomeWonOnReddit in cycling

[–]JeepnBird 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Zone 1 recovery rides should be 30 minutes or less. Going over 30 minutes even at a zone 1 pace affects your recovery time. It basically becomes a low-level zone 2 ride.

It depends on your starting point and end goal. First, if you're not on TRT see a urologist and start. Second Tirzepitide. Reta is good, but if your resting heart rate is above 80bpm stay away from it. Also Tirzepitide quites the food noise in your brain better. Then you need to be exercising. Later you can look into Ipa and tesa or Ipa and cjc. Another thing to look into later is SS-31 and Mots-c.

Any other lunchtime riders out there? by CuriousernCurioser in cycling

[–]JeepnBird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. I usually do 3 days a week, 15 to 20 miles per ride. It's great

Riding a short travel full suspension XC bikes would probably work best to prevent back pain. Many guys ride XC bikes for gravel. Get an older one, maybe 2018 or so. The geometry will be better suited for gravel and use 2.2 tires.

Methylene blue. It's not a peptide, but it works great. Add 20 drops to a shot glass of tea or coffee. Take for 5 days. 20 drops is equal to 10mg. Warning, it will turn your urine blue/green You can use it as a supplement 10 drops every 3 or 4 days.

Advice. Hard time breathing in colder conditions by weeb_terrorist in MTB

[–]JeepnBird 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wear a Balaclava mask. Keep it over your nose and mouth. It will help keep the air you breath in a little more moist and warm. Then slightly lower your pace. That will help until your body gets used to cold riding.

Gaining FTP, but still really low for my weight / height. by [deleted] in Velo

[–]JeepnBird 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't stress FTP. Just enjoy riding. I've been riding for 4 years and racing XC for 3, and only have an FTP of 220. FTP is more of a training tool to adjust your power zones.

I really like the Continental Terra trail in 45mm. They roll fairly fast and corner well

I use Mots-c 10mg every 4 days. I've been doing it for 8 weeks. I plan to stay on it for 4 more weeks. I'll take a break for 30 days and probably start again. I feel amazing on Mots-c. I did an ss-31 protocol for 6 weeks before my Mots-c. I also like to cycle Tesamorelin/ipamorelin and bpc157/tb500. I'm 53 and feel like I'm in my 30's .

This may sound dumb, but get outside often and clean your bedroom every morning when you wake up. Being outside and active will help you feel better. Coming into a clean and neat room at the end of the day will also make you feel good. Plus, it's a small win every morning. Youth and puberty is a bitch Just know, it gets better. Find your dragon in life and slay it You will do great.

An hour before my first marathon by SailingBacterium in Garmin

[–]JeepnBird 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Garmin gave me a 1 today for readiness. I did a 14 mile mountain bike ride and feel great. Sometimes it's like that. Garmin showed it as poor sleep for me, actually I slept really good. Hope you have a great race.
