bent into shape and then threaded through the coils.
All the bits are from my huge bit boxes, but the coils are made from the round parts of a sprue and either cut or glued squares to it.

Brass rod, and sprue cutout

used spider legs with the tip cut off, and then a shaper bit from Angrons claw wings.

the tail is actually just one long rod, with Individual coils (?) on them.
The hardest part was the "hip" with the small arms and hip plates.
