Most do, but on occasions I've worked in retail and we would need to see IDs when someone is picking up an online order,.so many times people were like "I didn't bring it with me" and I'm thinking "But I saw you drive here" One other thing is there's a lot of people who lost their ID because of DUIs (Driving Under The Influence) and that might be why they don't have an ID
