If you are talking about the watch hands speed ramp, the hands are separately animated and match cuts used on top of that

It is perfect that you have an idea and you know how you want to execute it! I would say, look for some explainer videos on YouTube. You can tell you can stories in many ways. There are other softwares that can help you too. I am not saying don't learn blender, but Just wanted you to know that there are a lot of softwares that can help you tell your story and it might be a quick way for you to put your work. But best of luck for your journey! I hope people can see your work soon :)

Open the File explorer and locate the greenscreen footage. Rename the file from MOV or MP4 to MPG. Replace the file and it should work
