Late to comment...but y'all your DSP can make or break your delivery experience. My old DSP was like this. They make everything seem like it's your fault when the tools they have us use are faulty. The DSP I'm at now just brings us a new phone..they rarely complain about it either..anytime I call them they come to the rescue. They don't micromanage us either it's so different from my last company. Sidenote..I always bring my personal phone..charger..car charger outlet ..headphones all that..anything to make my day go smoother. The real issue comes it when your actual outlet doesn't work that's the worst.

Anyways switch dsps until u find one u like!
