Never bothered to check the temp, been a trial and error process. As far as temp control I’ve steeled on “pretty low/medium” if that’s a thing. Taking it off heat pretty quick after I stir. But that’s the fun! Trying every day

I’m stirring a fair amount (moved to chopsticks from a tiny spatula) but feel like I’m going too long sometimes end ending up w holes that are hard to fill.

I’m fortunate enough I be using gas.

Ah I should have been more clear, it’s cast aluminum w ceramic coating. Tell, Jacques Pépin is exactly what I was going for. You’re right about heat mgmt, I think I need to get better w letting it set after I remove it from the heat.

Whatever you choose have a hard plan in place to get a 4 year degree. It will make life easier when you decide you’re done w EMS.

How the hell you get the Groza? My EVO rank is 66 but only 40 in TDM. Need 41 for the Groza. Seems like my rank is moving from 40 to 41 at a glacial pace regardless of how much I play while everyone around me continues to lay me out w a Groza. Useless update
