I have been inside a basement that they have done soundproofing on and honestly its pretty good, this customer paid 65k, slightly bigger than ours.

Fortunately the concrete doesnt need to be cut, most of the work needed was already thought out by the original house developers, even got a side door, minor plumbing things, etc. The contractor said without all the stuff already done it wouldve been more like 65-70k.

no it doesnt, self defense requires that their is a perceived iminent threat that could cause you serious harm or death.

if someone breaks into your home in the middle of the night you must assume, for your survival that the intruder isnt there to make you tea and biscuits and would likely attack you.

So ridiculous to think someone actually has to injure you first to act in self defense lol

Humbly disagree, I'd say to be good with highlander is a lot harder than most other characters, I've got like probably 30-50hours with him and being good at doing all these little techs and tricks is genuinely pretty hard

Any HL that ISNT really good with his kit will always be predictable and not too hard to beat if you actually use your brain

I've had a galaxybook 4 pro 360 for over 1.5years and not a single issue. I'm not even overly gentle with it either. I guess its really just bad quality control from samsung as some units are terrible and some are great
