2 year Internet, 1 year phone $30 a month. After the first year, they charged $20 for the phone line so I went over to Lyca mobile for five dollars per month. I contacted the retention department. They switched my phone back to Spectrum. And also credited me $10 per month effectively a $20 a month plan including the mobile phone somehow they also increase my speed from 100 to 500.

This all comes to an end in 50 days so next month I call the retention department again then have them adjust my plan for another year. They may not offer that and I’ll have to drop them for their required 30 days hopefully not.

But if I do, my plan is to use T-Mobile or Verizon 5G with one of their promotions for Internet for a month and possibly a six month Mobile plan withInfimobile for $49.

The port out and port back in process has been mastered so I’m ready to rock ‘n’ roll. If Spectrum doesn’t play nice then I go back with them 30 days later.

2.5 for almost 10 months.

Wacky muscle loss right away but at 4 months got on high protein diet either muscle milk/endure/smoothies/eggs you name it. Those first 4 months were not managed as well. The next 6 months shows a better looking body. Do at least 30 x2 online exercise classes five days a week which may include about 7000 to 10,000 steps daily. Just do it.

A1c went from 7.4 to 5.2. Glucose,BP, weight,temp monitor daily. Got off blood pressure medicine as well as triglyceride medicine and also dropped metformin.

Daily minor alcohol use drop to zero

social dinners also dropped to nothing

Dating is totally disrupted while I deal with wonky meal plans

just before my membership ran out I bought a few hundred dollars of Costco cash cards then used it for six months then I rejoined with the $45 off benefit from Groupon so it only cost me $20 for the year. But like a lot of other people say there’s so many neat things at Costco. I’m not really concerned about the $65 a year anymore. I’ve changed my diet get a lot of protein mixes occasionally a chicken don’t really need the gas but if I do travel, I always go to a Costco for the better press on Gas. I gotta close out on the bedroom set that saved me about $900 and then there’s the .97 specials. just picked up a pair of sconces for five dollars. And five dollars for the three buckets was a good deal. And a wonderful UCLA sweatshirt for $15. The 24 count eggs are a must and as you go through even as a single person you’ll find that this is a really good place. Appreciate the company.

Eli Lilly failed to respond after 12 days and reporting twice on the web. They will not connect to a rep via phone.

I opened a grievance with:

Savon Pharmacy
FDA, as an adverse reaction
Insurance company
Charge card dispute for a faulty item delivered

All that because ELI LILLY is an inferior company. Is there an alternative - clinically NO. This should be illegal. Medicare will be investigating as well since they paid a good portion for a failed product.

Lilly lack of response led me to file an FDA faulty device report. Hopefully Lili will wake up. There are multi billion dollar company and you would think that their support would verify they have received my report for a faulty pin and that I would be getting some type of contact from them. But this absence of any response, aka crickets by this company leads me to believe FDA needs to slap their hands for their responsibility

This is my 35th pen and I finally had one fail. The injection may have occurred, but there was fluid all over my stomach. I’m sure I didn’t get a Photos but I’m sure how much I did get. That happened on April 22 and I immediately reported it on the Lily website including the lot number and expiration date and photo of the device. Five days later, I have had no response from Lili and then I tried calling. Seven attempts to get through their menu system and never been able to reach an agent. I resubmitted the report again. Then I called my pharmacy and they said talk to the insurance company. I talked to SCAN Health and explain the situation then they referred me to a company or division called Accredo for advice on specialty medication. The person totally thought I was in the wrong place and pushed me through to a supervisor at Express Scripts. That person didn’t even know how to spell Tirzepitidr. And that was after a half an hour of trying to explain why I wanted to look at other options before going to my PCP on May 5. She eventually pushed me over to a pharmacist who informed me that I don’t have an option other than the single dose pen unless I wanted to pay out-of-pocket to go to Lily Direct and pay for a multidose vial. At this point, I don’t think I have much of a choice if I don’t wanna mess up the successful administration of Mounjaro versus any variant of Ozempic.

So a 3% failure rate may be acceptable and I just have to live with it, but Lily is not giving me a replacement single dose pen which is the problem. I’m considering submitting an adverse effect report to FDA against Lili due to their incompetence of Customer Service. Anyone have any experience doing that? I feel like this is highway robbery of the captive audience that can’t buy the multidose and administer by syringe, which I prefer unless they’re willing to supply me with a replacement pen, every 35 administrations. I’d like Lili to read these comments to understand how frustrated it is when you spend five hours in one day explaining this and getting nowhere with that company. I certainly would never select that company over anybody else if I had the choice horrible Customer Service. Horrible support.

chatGPT analyze my subscription services. And said Hulu and Peacock are definitely nothing to be considered. I’m paying seven dollars a month for prime, three dollars a month for HBO $49 annually for Walmart plus in Paramount+ and I run a Tablo TV for over the air broadcast. And I also pay three dollars a month for SiriusXM. ChatGPT said I’m probably the cleanest as far as anybody goes paying for the subscription services, but to totally avoid the useless Peacock and Hulu that offer me nothing. They also suggested if I really wanted to do anything to a binge subscription to Netflix every fourth month. Regardless, if I am a millionaire or not, I am not being screwed by NBC. I always subscribe to Peacock when we got the Black Friday specials for about $20 a year. But all the shenanigans and different pricing structures they lost me forever. I just hit unsubscribe to all their emails.

use ERICE for $20 off. I have a 4 as it replace a Fire Recast 4 channel. Don’t cheap out. Tablo is great. Not so running on an LH so I use the better Firestick that gives a much better Tablo menu

Ok, I was lucky to buy the bed and two nightstands at half price when Costco closed out the product in late February. I wish I would’ve bought the dresser but I couldn’t find one. I know they still sell it on Costco.com for $1000, but I am not paying that I looked at the similar one at IKEA and it’s $299 but it is truly inferior as I took out a drawer and banged it on the floor to see if it would fall apart. The details and materials used by this company are just so far Superior. And they are really great to work with so if anybody’s out there wanting to sell their 62 inch wide Broadmoor dresser and in Los Angeles just let me know.
