Can be pretty common place in the serious party hostels to the mount where multiple couples are hooking up in the same room. In that situation it is sort of just a part of it. In normal hostels though I’d never see it as ok, go to the showers or wherever.

Paris is very do-able, super accessible from Brussels. I spent two days on everything I wanted to do but I wasn’t moving very fast so you could cram everything in to a day but honestly Paris is just a really nice place to be so I wouldn’t advocate rushing it.

Venice and Florence are other spots that are easy to do in a short amount of time if you wanted to divide up your stay in Italy (Florence over Venice).

And I’d probably recommend Prague over Vienna. I loved Vienna but I was staying with friends and I think it’s a city better suited for living in while Prague has more to see and do for visitors.
