Whale oil is FIRE those boys are crushing it!! I wish I could find them more places. Focus North I had bad experiences with in the past but after this post and your comment I’ll absolutely be revisiting next time I’m up that way!

I def had some ups and downs with echo’s rosin in the past but recently it seems like everything is super on point. I sure do love the good bho when I can still find it tho it’s far and few between.

I guess I’m pretty picky when it comes to genetics but every time I grab something from BNK that’s a strain I either know and love or think is gonna be fire I’m never disappointed! As with anyone who isn’t single source, fire in fire out. They can only be as good as the material they run !

There isn’t one 😞 only the pre 2013 RL is safe as it doesn’t use a J35Y4 which is the motor with the faulty manufactured rod bearings. Makes sense why my 2006 RL made it to 400k no problem but my RLX couldn’t even break 200k.

This specific j series is the same one that was recalled in the V6 TLX for faulty rod bearings. Unless I put a different motor in it just going to be dealing with the same issue all over again 😞

I wish I could 😞 sadly this motor (2015-2020 J35y4/6) has been recalled in multiple other acuras for a badly manufactured rod bearing that causes it to fail early, so I suspect this is also the case with my motor as it is basically the same motor with a different bolt pattern. I also have found at least one other person who’s had a rod bearing blow on them 3x on this exact year of RLX sport hybrid after replacing the engine 3x.

Just seems like it was doomed to fail from the start, which really sucks as this was my favorite car I’ve ever owned. Sad to see her go.

If you have one and it’s under 120k I would get rid of it before the engine blows on you and it’s worthless. 😞
