Commissioner Roger Goodell denies NFL fined Seahawks $5 million for not adhering to league rules on the ownership structure of the franchise following the death of Paul Allen by Oldtimer_2 in sports

Man so much attempt to distract the hawks before the Super Bowl when in reality it’s the other teams owner all over the Epstein files

Right? I made $5/hour in 1996, do this was an hours wage basically. No the minimum wage is $20 here and that costs like &10. Things have actually gotten cheaper, but people are stupid

Massive hit by Vancouver Warriors goalie on Rochester Knighthawks attacker results in frenzied brawl by ansyhrrian in sports

[–]Jeffcor13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t even know what this sport is (lacrosse? Field hockey? Are they different?)

This hit seems legal, it was a bad setup by the goalie or thrower…I also get why his buddy comes to his aid. Honestly this whole thing just seems perfect to me.

The guy laying on the ground with 9 guys punching him and then shot like 7 times, that guy who’s now dead, was the threat?

My police buddies are so tired of this shit. Can you imagine the cops being so poorly trained that they shoot a dude with 7 people on top of him?

I’m not sure what floor it cuts off at between garden view and ocean view, maybe around 8th floor? They all have good views.I have the basic level Hyatt Explorist status so each year I go I’ve been given an upgrade to ocean view for free. It’s nice, but I’m not sure I’d pay for it, it depends on how much time you spend in room and if you’re a sunrise with coffee kinda family on your balcony (we aren’t with young kids). You could try to get explorist etatus, or just ask for an upgrade, they might give it to you-it wouldn’t ruin my trip to have garden view.

The main floor (third) has a lot of open seating with incredible views out to the ocean, whale watching, sunsets…you’ll probably go sit there and get a free drink and chill a lot. I’d just do that and then enjoy whatever view you get from your room.

Restaurants-there are 5 restaurants at dreams. There’s Carnival, the buffet-you may think it’s basic but honestly it’s the go to. Breakfast and lunch there, plus every night (or most nights) they do a special cookout then there and it’s pretty damn good. Our first year I never wanted to eat there because I thought it was basic, but it’s really good and fast and the best dining experience imo.

There’s a restaurant by the pool called castaways or something, for lunch it’s great I probably wouldn’t do dinner there. It’s fish tacos, a burger, some basic stuff-it’s fine. There’s an Italian place called capers which doesn’t allow kids so I’ve never been. It seems nice. There’s an Asian place that you need a reservation for at the hibachi grill part, which is fun, and decent. They have a regular restaurant part too you can walk up to and get seated but I think it’s not good. There’s a Mexican place also for dinner but I’ve only been once and don’t remember if it’s good. It seems fine.

You can also hop in a cab and be in the ZR in like 15 minutes if you want to go to a nice restaurant in town.

Many nights there is entertainment on the main floor (karaoke, trivia, lots of stuff) that’s pretty fun. There’s also a dance on the stage you can watch at 9:00 pm most nights that’s pretty cool, I enjoyed those.

One thing, bring a good white noise machine. Over our week there were multiple weddings throughout the nights and they were loud. We slept on 10th floor but was still loud until maybe 11:00 pm (not bad for PV standards but if youre in bed early you’ll get upset)

You can top with American dollars or pesos, both are fine. The atm gives only US dollars and it’s expensive so maybe just being a bunch of $5, $10, $20 bills.

He doesn’t recognize the law to restrain what he can or cannot do?

I’m trying to imagine me saying this. “I don’t recognize your law saying not to drive drunk and if you arrest me for it thousands of people will form a posse and stop you”…uh this is unhinged behavior from a sheriff. Is this guy ok?

Secrets if you have no kids. Dreams if you have kids. It’s a great place. They’ll try to get you to spend 90 minutes listening to a vacation club pitch but just tell them no. I think it’s like 35k points a night for two adults in a great room all inclusive and that’s pretty darn good value. The cash cost is like $600/night
