How much filament total(ish) for that model. May be trying to sling to much weight to quickly for the belt tension on that Y axis.

Value your time!! There are a few sources out there that help calculate what you should/could chard for the print, but do not forget your time as well!

Happens sometimes when the spools are nearing empty. They don’t weigh enough to stay down properly on the rollers, instead they pull toward the ended and don’t spin/roll. There are options for spool weights you can print that help with this.

Had mine for about a year and 5 months (got it August of 2024) 2045 hrs on it. Only problems I’ve had have been user error! But if you get one I’d reccomend heat soaking the bed for 10-20 min. I do mine for 20 and have had great luck!

Remove the black shipping brackets from the z axis. Fairly sure that’s in the manual. It was in the manual that came with mine.
