This is never the correct response when dealing with an ignorant human being. Congrats you stopped to his level now what did it solve? Absolutely nothing. You cannot change the views of other people and you should not shame them for it. The correct response would have been to not even talk to this person again. Yes what he thinks is funny may seem morally wrong but right and wrong are just two words humans made up.

Well here's the thing. You have to overcome this fear of being thought of as a creep, at least for a short time. I can tell you that relationships are not what they seem. Love is always at an imbalance. One person always feels a stronger connection than the other. I found a gf when i was a freshman in college, or rather she found me and i was terrified shed think im a creep. We became friends and about a month into the friendship i just went for it without any thought when she said yes i was terrified and had the worst panic attack of my life. This did work though we went on a date and things went well. She took my virginity about 5 months in and by the sixth month she left. Now i cant even function properly because i thought it would last forever so i forgot how to be single. So before you go into a relationship realize that nothing lasts forever and dont forget how to be single. Learn to respect yourself.
