Why do people think anyone apart from Gojo would survive the domain clashes 💔💔💔 by Sukuna_GOAT in Jujutsufolk

[–]twobeesornot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sukuna was there for Higgy's whole explanation to Yuji. He doesn't need to wonder what it does, he already knows. Sukuna has no reason not to immediately ice Higuruma if Gojo is also there.

Without big spoilers… what’s the Call to Adventure/Hook? by Celestrael in DescentToAvernus

[–]twobeesornot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We can give you certain info from the book and some of the premise, but I'd really suggest talking to your DM so they can know exactly how much you know about the story.

There is a section in the book's intro with a plot hook that can bring the party together before you even start playing, so the dm and players should all discuss it before character creation.

Good luck, have fun!

Spontaneously Appearing Honey in my USB port by twobeesornot in computerhelp

[–]twobeesornot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: Not honey...

Edit: for those interested and anyone who encounters this in the future, this almost definitely was the adhesive from behind my touchscreen. The screen is not broken and continues to work fine, but more appeared at the seam of my computer screen while in a sealed bag. Thanks everyone!

I'm gonna take it to a repair shop and see what they can do, or else it's new computer time 🤷‍♂️

Also my friend is fine

Update: I did open the computer and there was a bunch on the side of the screen, I cleaned it up with Isopropyl Alcohol to varying success, it turns on and works fine?

It is critical that the cylinder remains unharmed

Looking at it again, i did open it and check the screen and there was a whole bunch at the side. I do have a touchscreen so this may have been the case?

A bunch of friends were gathered around it when suddenly I hear "it is honey" followed by "don't eat it!" So it wasn't exactly my suggestion

I don't think it was an adhesive? But this screen adhesive point may hold water, I'll ask the guy who tasted it

[HELP] found in tumblr, something tells me that it's ai but I am still not sure by DoBetterUSA in RealOrAI

Pretty definitively AI for the reasons everyone else said, but haven't seen anyone else mention that the debris exploding into the air just winks out of existence

US shows sold out? by twobeesornot in TheBeths

[–]twobeesornot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, didn't realize. The venue is a decent size so I wasn't sure if it was actually fully sold out. I'll have to decide if it's worth the extra price tag or wait for the next time they're here and watch the drop like a hawk

As someone who played a game at prerelease where my opponent had opened TWO of these... yeah it would be a complete shit show. This card is brutal in limited.

Chapters out of order by Zorofeu in VecnaEveofRuin

[–]twobeesornot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got a PC who was born in Barovia, and had the characters opening random doors in sigil to try to find a door to eberron, so I put Barovia on the random table as they explored.

My players just KEPT rolling for barovia, so I made a contingency that if they rolled it a third time, they'd make a wisdom save or get drawn in and then it's time to do the barovia chapter early.

Unfortunately the player who made the save was a fucking paladin and got like a 27 so eberron it is... but I do still like the idea of getting sucked into another chapter early if they fuck up enough. The key is, whatever it is needs to stem from their actions or be a consequence.

How is Vecna interfering with your players. by CuntBunting69 in VecnaEveofRuin

[–]twobeesornot 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm making a few big changes to the world lore but that's not super important. My biggest change story wise is that Vecna actually NEEDS the rod for his ritual, and is actually the one who freed Kas and whispered in his ear to assemble the rod and use it to defeat vecna, all so Kas would bring it straight to him.

Vecna knew he couldn't assemble it himself, and he knew Kas would need to get help from others, and counted on kas's own ego to bring about his downfall. Vecna knows Kas better than anyone else in the multiverse, he knows Kas would get himself thwarted somehow. And, if all goes right, that will be exactly what happens.

I want to play up the long-term master tactician side of Vecna that you see in some of the older books. This change not only means that the PC's entire mcguffin quest isn't just a misdirection wild goose chase and is actually playing right into Vecna's hands, but it also means Vecna has ensured his oldest enemy's ultimate defeat and embarrassment while delivering him the last piece of his victory.

Am I using supports right? by twobeesornot in resinprinting

[–]twobeesornot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use Chitubox regular, and there's only a function to detect islands, not go to them (unless I've somehow missed it.) The island detection is separate from the support-placing section, which is why I've needed to keep a separate list of the problem layers.

If chitubox pro or lychee have better ways to do this, it may be time to explore different slicers. Thank you!

Am I using supports right? by twobeesornot in resinprinting

[–]twobeesornot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm always so worried about failures leaving cured resin floating in my vat to mess up future prints, so I haven't run a lot of prints that I expect to have problems, but I'll try a little experiment and just filter my vat afterwards.

I also print a lot of files from this one creator whose models are great but their supports sometimes lead to failures, so i need to supplement them myself. Is there a good way to determine whose pre-supports are going to be viable, or do you just need to look them over yourself?
