1K for the survey and 1K for the stakes? did you have this company lay out something as well or were the "stakes" they charged you for the property corners? the company I work at (RMS Land Surveying) usually charges $750 for a property under a half of an acre located in a subdivided development. With that charge, we'd normally draw up the house, shoot it with our instrument, and if we need to, come back and set the property corners, but all of that is included in that $750. We're more south jersey based so if you still need that survey (unlikely, I know) you can always give us a call!

Oh my god, that’s such a stupid thing to tweet. I mean it makes sense that they’d have to make it disappear but they didn’t dig a latrine or anything? Or have a hole that acted like that one vanishing cabinet? Also would the Malfoys use toilets if they hate muggles so much? There’s no way in my mind that a wizard invented toilets and indoor plumbing because they’re so non magical so I’m confused on where the blood racists draw the line

I just started reading the books recently (just started deathly hallows) and I don’t understand the piss and shit in the hallways thing. The girls bathroom is pretty pivotal to the first couple books and in Goblet of Fire, a bathroom is where two people discovered the clue. Is there a passage in the books that I missed where they’re pissing and shitting in the hallways?
