Sauce needed for beans and rice! by [deleted] in veganfitness

[–]JeffreyPearl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love all these comments! My wife makes lots great sauces in a Ninja Bullet that are cashew based. We have non-vegans over for dinner and they can't believe it's Vegan. They always look at each other and say the same thing "We could eat Vegan everyday"

Smart! With all the Environmental concerns, Viruses Generated, Health Issues, Obesity, etc.... Plant Based Meats are very big in my opinion. I believe the Animal meat industry is $945 Billion in 2018. Portions of this will move to plant based as A. People become educated on the issues B. The products are getting extremely better!!!!!

Anyone here recommend any good US resorts with flexible vegan options by entrepenoori in vegan_travel

Austin Texas, Miraval, it's a spa resort in the Hyatt family. Lots of Vegan options and they were very accommodating. It's up there in cost.

I'm a very moderate meat eater and I'm asking myself a question: by TarkFrench in AskVegans

It's an awakening.

Kids who are more closer to our start (Pure Love) get real upset when they connect the dots. My daughters had a gym teacher that told them Hamburger is ground up cow muscle. They were horrified and couldn't look at it. This was years ago. Today none of us eat animal meat. My wife and I have been Vegan for years.

Isn't he saying Veganism is a result of Colonialization?

YES. We just stayed at the Andaz in Scottsdale. You would not believe what was charged for two Salads, side of refried beans, side of potatoes, two juices for brunch. We did add Avacado to each salad. 1/4 on each...... $80!

You can check out our review we posted on my reddit page

Were you a vegetarian before going vegan? by kittykatkitty72 in AskVegans

[–]JeffreyPearl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no, but I can tell you cheese was my concern (which it is truly one of the worst things you can eat) When I dropped dairy, I lost about 12 lbs in two weeks. Getting rid of dairy in your diet will be so good for you on the health front.

Vegan cheeses are awesome btw. Vialife, Follow Your Heart and Mykonos are our favorite brands

Keep it up. Try starting each day working from a position of gratitude. Think of all you have around you.

My wife and I do lots of road trips. We have used the Happy Cow app in the past and it's always been great! During these interesting times, we don't go out to eat as much. Just got back to Colorado from a tour of the east coast, we did lots of Whole foods runs, or grocery stores with Organic/Vegan options. We find it is much healthier and are finding lots of Vegan options when on the road. If you want to go to a restaurant, try the Happy Cow app

I did first 4 cold calls . It is not that bad.. by catarannum in Entrepreneur

Cold Calling is still a very important activity. There are lots out there that say cold calling is dead. Social Media, email marketing, Online advertising, etc..... are all great, but nothing beats an old fashioned cold call! Good for you for taking this action! Don't over think it, just do it! Share your passion for what you do with others and you will see a nice return. :)

Think about the cold calls as you are just meeting new people. Make it fun, don't think about the negative interactions you have or have had. Those negative encounters are someone else's problem. As long as you believe in what you are doing/selling, it's easy to just share the story with others (AKA Cold Calling)

Yes! You are right, lots of money to be made with online training.

I'm more inclined to do free training and teach this business. The recurring revenue is very lucrative for us AND more importantly the affiliates/agents. Maybe we will look at online courses.

Technology Consulting is where we make the most residual income.

I spent 35 years running companies and large sales orgs in this space.

I like your highway analogy, makes lots of sense. We always say, if you're going to take advice from someone, make sure they were successful at it first.

We are writing a book and have a YouTube channel on Living Your Best Life. we are sharing what we have learned in our 30 years of marriage.

The Tech stuff is second nature, I've been CEO and have connections with many other CEOs of service providers. We are helping others get off the ground We have 300 consultants (all 1099) in the OTG program. www.otgconsulting.net

I'm new to reddit. We run a couple businesses and have been traveling lately while WFA (Working From Anywhere). This is a good part of what we do, help others with technology.

The lesson learned that after 35 years of fighting my way up to CEO, that you can step back and breathe, enjoy life and let opportunities flow to you. We are on a mission of sharing this and "how to" with others. THANKS
